Comments:
I also run the RTTY Roundup this weekend in a limit amount of time. About 10
Hours out of the 24.
On Saturday before the contest and before lunch, I had the amp on working some
Europeans on 20 meter rtty. Turn the amp off and went to lunch.
Came home just before the start of the contest. Turned the amp on, nothing, my
intermittent filament transformer problem came calling. So I run the contest
barefoot with 100 watts.
It didn't seem to make much different. There was times I had to give the guy a
couple of calls, but it seem like I worked most.
I had 359 QSO's, and 91 multipliers. I had a good run into Europe on Sunday
morning and worked 44 Europeans with 23 unique European countries.
The next highest was Asia with 14 JA's.
40 and 80 meters were very good. I only have a ground mounted Butternut
vertical. 59 Q's on 80 meters and 95 on 40 meters. Only 100 watts.
AB0RX and I worked on all 5 bands. He was the only one on 10 meters. I did
get 22 Q's on 15 meters which was open on Sunday.
I have worked all the RTTY Roundups except for the 1st one.
