[RTTY] Multi-op

I believe it's time to add another  Multi-op class. I like to have guests
here and my station is setup for M/O but I'll be dang if I will enter the in
the M/S class with that 6 band change per hour rule. A M/2 or Unlimited M/O
would be nice. Just my take on it.
