I read the rules for the WAE RTTY contest at http://www.darc.de/referate/dx/contest/waedc/en/rules/ and I am not 100% clear on how to determine the QSO points for the 3830 Claimed Score. My first guess was it could be determined by the band worked but this seems to conflict with the Multiplier bonus.
