If U get in a hurry and don't put the call in the logging slot it will send

I get a few who are definitely working me but have a totally different
call
in their computer. Maybe the last station they called didn't answer, so
they
moved on but forgot to wipe the call. It is important that they log your
call. The log checking process is simple with this; if your call isn't in
there, you are 'not in log' and lose that contact and the points.
If this happens and I am not too busy, I will send something like 'CALL IS
GW4SKA GW4SKA QSL?'
If there are other stations calling, I send 'DE GW4SKA GW4SKA' before the
'QSL QRZ'.
There will always be times when you don't have the right macro to send.
It's
quicker to just use the keyboard and ask the question, send the answer,
whatever. Maybe the contact takes a few seconds longer but you do have the
points.
