No. David G3YYD wrote 2Tone expressly for N1MM Logger and has explicitly
said he will not provide a stand-alone version. Moreover, he does not
support it on any other loggers, despite the fact that it seems to work well
with them. Because 2Tone was designed to the xmmt.ocx API, any logger or
other program that supports that API can potentially run 2Tone. Thus, it
should be possible for someone else to write a simple UI to the xmmt.ocx API
such that a so-called "standalone" version of 2Tone is available without the
use of a more complex logger or other supervisory program.
Multiple parallel decoders working on the same audio stream is common
practice using N1MM Logger, WriteLog and a few other loggers. This
configuration makes comparison much easier than running standalone versions
of each decoder.
