340 is top of the Honor Roll *now*, but in a few hours you'll only need 339 ...
AFAIK, this isn't new - I don't believe Deleted Entities have never
counted for DXCC Honor Roll (nor the much newer DXCC Challenge). But
they still count for DXCC.
