SDV stores your responses to the "separate serial numbers"
and "OK to work on all modes" questions in the control
records at the beginning of your .VHF file. That's why
the questions are not repeated when you re-start a log.
I updated some of the relevant code last week when I added
the "all modes" question and that may have caused a
temporary bug, but V10.22 seems to be working correctly.
Please let me know if it's still not right.
