Thoee are all files generated by SD when you log QSOs.
The .ALL file is your "master" log, and the TXT and AUD
files are two other forms of backup.

To get your .LOG file, run SDCHECK (it's a separate
program) and give it the same file name as you used
for SD.  Then select Option 1 - RSGB Cabrillo Log.

In case it's relevant, there should be no spaces in your
file name.
