SD assumes that your computer's internal hardware addresses
for the parallel ports are "standard". That way, when you
select Port 9, SD accesses LPT1 via its standard address,
and LPT2 when you select Port 10.

If you get no output from LPT1 with Port 9 selected, please
try Port 10 and let me know if it makes a difference (again
with LPT1).
