[SD-User] weird

Debugging and testing the Win SD programs I found that all of them are  
taking my PC clock time (UTC) and deducting one hour. This is not happening 
with  
my main logging prog so I think it must be a quirk with SD and my set up. Any  
way of correcting this? I feel there may be a command to adjust from local to  
UTC but can't find it.
