[SD-User] Arrow Key problem

Good Evening,

I am having problems with SD v12.04 (and 12.03). The arrow keys do not
function on the contest template page - I am unable to move the cursor.
Arrow keys appear to work correctly on all other pages. OS is Windows 98.
