There is an article in the monthly radio mag CQDL on the last WAG
contest.
One part deals with logging matters.
Perhaps it may be of some interst for you and the readership here.
It runs a sfollows, hr the main info extract .
more than 1016 logs,
ca 300000 qsos - more than last year
more than 7000 calls
more than 50 different logging programmes being used
only 7 mentioned
(no note on SD)
some progr. showed some problems:
- difficult to log DL stations with one letter in suffix
not accepted by the progr.
-another problem are the DOK which differ from normal pattern
there were special DOK with more than 4 numbers/characters
-there are loggers which accept more than the common four parted
control figures
-it is necessary to make some notes in the soapbox when
using cabrillo e.g. to note when one failed the 10-minutes-rule
perhaps it helps to use that hints for 'our' SD.
I personally would love when SD will offer some extra templates for
QRP soon;
so it would become still more attractive.
