GM/s refers to stations in the Shetland Islands.  In some contests,
including CQWW, the Shetlands count as a separate multiplier from
GM.

You might compare DXCC.CTY and CQWW.CTY (supplied with SD) to see
the differences.

You'll see that the specific MM callsign is included in the
GM/MM callsigns listed in CQWW.CTY for the Shetlands.
