[SD-User] REF for DX (non-French) Entrants

There is an error in the country multiplier file REFDX.CTY
which affects QSOs with Corsica - with district codes 2A
and 2B.

It turns out the problem is caused because the prefix TK
is missing from the record for France in REFDX.CTY.  You
should add it (using a text editor), then re-start SD.

Alternatively, you can get an updated file from
www.ei5di.com/sd/refdx.zip.
