[SD-User] CAT and Winkeyer USB with SD

Winkeyer USB works fine with SD but there is a slight delay when CAT is also 
connected (to an IC7000). I have set baud rate at 19200 (from default 4800) and 
poll time to 50ms (default 1000ms)
Not an IT guru here but grateful for any suggestions to improve switching time 
to transmit.
