The simplest option is to create your Cabrillo .LOG file with
SDCHECK, and then add the missing QSO with Notepad. You could
also correct your Claimed Score, but there's no need as CQ
re-scores all logs independently.
Editing SD's .ALL file with Notepad, or any other editor, is not
recommended.
