WinKey:
Fixed a bug that could stop SD at startup or
when the WINKEY command was used for the
first time.
Winkey is now polled independently of POLLTIME
and LINKTIME - the rig-control timer parameters.
Switching ESM Mode:
When in RUN mode, it can be convenient for SD
to switch to S&P mode after any significant
frequency change. Use the RUNRANGE command,
or just RUN, to set the frequency range before
switching.
You can choose a number from 1 to 10, equivalent
to a frequency shift of 100 Hz to 1 kHz. Enter
zero to disable this feature.

the startup bug. It took me a while before I could
reproduce it.
