[SD-User] Winkey problems - lockups and won't initialize

I went to the vault and got 13.32. Now my Winkey works again.
Really not a huge problem for me as I don't expect anyone to hear me in RDXC
if I bother to get on the air.
I haven't had a radio qso of any kind for 8 months now. I have bigger
problems than SW obviously! :-)

Just so you know the bug isn't fixed for everyone, that's all. No hurry at
all as far as I'm concerned.
