The RSGB 1.8 MHz Contest takes place from 2100 UTC Saturday
14th February to 0059 UTC Sunday 15th February. It is CW-only
on 160m.

Rules at www.vhfcc.org/hfcc/rules/2009/r18mhz.shtml

Results, and soapbox, from the previous event at
www.vhfcc.org/hfcc/results/2008/18m2nd2008.shtml

SD V14.22 runs on Windows, on Linux/Wine, and on Apple Mac
with Bootcamp or Parallels. It is free from www.ei5di.com.

UK Entrants - select the "RSGB 1.8, UK" template.
All others - select the "RSGB 1.8, DX" template.

UK entrants work everyone. All others work UK only.
Exchange 5NN + Serial.

UK stations add their 2-character district code, and should
edit SD's F2 exchange message (using Shift-F2) to include it.

When logging UK stations, enter the serial and district in
a single field. For example: 26WA, followed by Enter, is
expanded to 026 WA in their respective fields.

SD pre-fills the district code when you load a callsign
reference file (.LST) with district codes. For example -
GM3POI KW
G5LP NN

Use SDCHECK create your Cabrillo .LOG file.

   Contest Name : RSGB-160
   Log Serial Sent : Y
District Code : UK - Enter your 2-character code as sent.
                   : Non-UK - leave blank
   Log Serial Rcvd : Y

Email your Cabrillo log to 1st160.logs@rsgbhfcc.org

Please mention SD in your soapbox comments.

73,
Paul EI5DI
