All SD program, reference files and logs are held in a single
folder for simplicity.  It's very difficult to misplace a file
under these circumstances.

If you prefer to have your logs in another folder, just move
them.  Some users like to keep their logs segregated by year.
I prefer them all in the one folder :-)
