Apart from dupe problems in the IARU contest, which I believe you have
cured, I find that there is no provision in SDCHECK 15.12 for checking .ALL
files. I would like to see what has happened to the HQ letters before doing
my cabrillo report. I am sure there is a good reason for this so could you
let me know. I was not able to send a WRTC report as my broadband was down.
