RSGB AFS Contest:
     At times, the RST logged did not correspond
     to the mode selected at startup.  Fixed.
     Thanks M0GJH.

Template Files:
     Added the SINGLEBAND parameter.  It is used
     to suppress the band/county multiplier and
     band/call analyses which are not relevant in
     single-band events - including RSGB AFS.
