Vermont entrants - use the "VTQP, VT" template.
All others - use the "VTQP, DX" template
Log mobiles as /M, and rovers as /R - they will not
be flagged as dupes.
VT stations send their county. Others send State/
Province/DX, and work Vermont stations only.
Use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo log, and send
it to ranv[at]sover[dot]net
