Gang

Just home from another trip to 8P6. SDX performed well ... but the laptopdidn't; its just too unreliable to take any more (two dead hard disks, flaky usband noisy psu).

So, I need to replace it. Trouble is that modern laptops don't have USB portsany more - or do they. Any suggestions, eg can modern ports (firewire) cater ?(I use usb for CAT and Winkey).
