Dutch Kingdom Contest:
Added support. Note: this contest is CW and/or SSB
on the 5 contest bands from 40 to 6m. As SD does not
offer direct support for 6m, use 80m instead, and
edit your Cabrillo QSO frequencies later. If using
rig control, disable it using the LINK command before
switching to 6m - and use the 80M command to change
to 80m on SD.

This contest overlaps with the various IARU Region 1
CW Field Day events, but the exchange is the same
