The IARU HF Championship takes place from 12:00 Saturday
9th to 11:59 UTC Sunday 10th July. There are CW-only,
SSB-only and mixed-mode classes on the 6 contest bands
from 160-10m, with HP, LP (150w) and QRP (5w) sections.

Select the "IARU HF" template.
If you're not using rig control, change mode at any
time with the C or S commands.
Work everyone. Exchange ITU Zone (or Society initials
from IARU Society HQ stations). Mults are Zones by band,
but not separately by mode, and HQ stations by band. In
effect, HQ stations are country mults.
The Zone for UK and Ireland is 27. SD pre-fills the zone
received according to the country/prefix. If this is not
correct, overtype with what you hear.
This version of SD includes an up-to-date reference
list of HQ calls and society initials, IARU.LST, and
is loaded at startup. On a callsign match, the
initials are instantly pre-filled.
Another included file, IARU.REF, lets you enter ANY
non-numeric character(s), and substitutes the correct
society initials for the country concerned - no
callsign match is needed. No other contest logger
does this.
Use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo .LOG file, and
send it to IARUHF at arrl dot org. Please mention
