[SD-User] Updating Country files

Hi

I have placed cty.dat into C:\SD and confirmed that it's there by checking
in File Explorer.

When I run SDCheck, option 8, I consistently get the error message:
"Error - CTY.DAT was not found in C:\SD"

Suggestions welcome.
