Voice synthesizer

I have sold my Omni V tnx in part to this reflector, thank you very much.
The gentleman who bought it is visually impaired and wishes to find the
voice synthesizer so he can have the frequencies etc. read out to him.  Does
anyone know where I can find one of these units?  Ten Tec no longer makes
