I had some noise on my Argo (the QRP version of the Scout) and I put one of
those ferrite filters in each leg of the PS leads at the rig end. They open
up so you can put them around AC cords. I was able to wrap a few turns
around it and then it closes with a clip so the ferrite ends close firmly.
Worked real good!
