Here is another to add to the long list of Ten-Tec customer
satisfaction letters:

I purchased a used Scout from TT in July, but didn't have
much time to fool with it. However, I noticed a MAJOR drift
problem from turnon until forever.

Well, a relative was to undergo open heart surgery at UT (Tenn)
hospital, and I thus had occasion to be in East Tenn for a
month. So I dropped off the Scout (out of the 30 day warranty
by now) and picked it up the next day.

They said all those waiting for Omni VI upgrades could wait
until they fixed my rig. NO THEY DIDN'T!

The Bottom line is that they replaced my PTO without charge.
This is partly why I keep buying TT gear.
