[Charles D. Shinn] Hi all; several weeks ago I alluded to
a service issue that I had with Ten Tec. I did this in a public forum because I
was frustrated at not having received
a return phone call. The issue I was upset about was discretionary in that the
problem was a judgement call and could have gone either way;i.e. costs absorbed
by TT or by myself.
I am pleased to say that the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.Ten Tec
choose to allow me some grace and, in
my opinion, went the extra mile. Thankyou Ten Tec.
