[TenTec] Model 645 worth?

I have a chance to get a Ten Tec Ultramatic paddles - keyer unit.

Model is 645.  Please, what is the collective opinion of what one in good
condition should cost?  I have not had a chance to try it out yet, so any
comments on what to check would also be appreciated.
