Tom, scanning volume 2 of a Motorola RF device data book, the first one
I find is AN758. The bias circuit is also in AN762. Also EB27A. Also
there's a proven circuit on G3SEK's web page:
http://www.ifwtech.demon.co.uk/g3sek

I don't know what is on the Motorola web server today. I've not searched
it in several months. But I suspect at least some of these are there.
