This is outcome based education for amateur radio; i.e., more dumbing
down.
Not only do we have the FCC and the commercial interests to fight, but
our
own so-called organization who are supposed to be looking out for OUR
interests.
I'm no code whiz, and I operate more phone than CW, but I DID pass the
test.
