Does any one have any experience with adjusting the PBT 15.3 MHz frequency?
Wanted to adjust it just to get it back to 12 o;clock.
Spoke to TenTec and was told that the freq should be set to 15.3 with the
control set to 12 o'clock by adjusting C22.
This differs from the info in the manual, what is printed on the shield on
the bottom of the receiver, and what the service manager has told me in a
letter a few years ago.
Followed the procedure of adjusting C22 ... everything was fine.
Tried it the next morning and the control now has to be set to 10 o'clock to
center with the 250 Hz filter.
Appreciate any input.
