I have a Heath cantenna that still has the oil I put in it 20 yrs. ago.
Got the transformer oil from local utility company. Problem is now, it
most likely has PCB's in it, how do I get rid of the oil? Maybe calling
the utility company and asking if they can? Is it rally much of a danger
even though I'm not using it?
