[TenTec] OMNI-6+ audio gain control

I have seen the same thing on my Paragon I, not on the audio
gain so much, although it does get scratchy, but on the RF gain.
Most of the useful range is above the 12 o' clock position. Below
12 o' clock the gsin drops rapidly. Maybe I'll try that resistor
trick that was suggested.
