[TenTec] MRF477

Is there a replacement available for the MRF477 rf-output transistor used in
some TenTec rigs?  In my present application, the tab will be insulted so I
don't need a transistor with the emitter connected to the tab.

I paid $20 per device from TenTec for a pair of these for my Argosy.  I'd
like to find a cheaper source since I expect to sacrifice a few of these
while experimenting.
