[TenTec] Omni VI Plus CW Spot Tone Volume

Hi Brian!  On my vi+ (firmware "6+ TEST Rev 1.03 11/3/98") the volume of the
spot tone seems to follow the volume of the sidetone as set by pressing the
ST key, then the up and down keys.  Good luck!
