Brian and the group,
Rich AG6K has a pretty darn good solution to the noisey relay problem. I
believe he mounts the relay on a silicon foundation which cuts down on the
noise quite a bit. He did this do his SB-220 and TL-922 amps. I recommend
you contact him at measures@vc.net for help. I installed his QSK circuit to
an L4B many moons ago and did just that and it sure worked great. The vacuum
relays do work very well for full QSK and are easy and cheap to replace if
the need arises.
