Hello All,

Just can't resist responding.

It appears that Larry's requirements for a transceiver far exceed those of
the average amateur. So what? It didn't fit his needs and he got rid of it! I
wish him luck in finding the perfect piece of equipment for his needs.

As for the lack of or no response from Ten Tec, consider this for a moment.
Was the individual at Ten Tec that Larry spoke to having a bad day or
misinterpreted his needs? Was Larry having a bad day and upset by the
performance of his Pegasus and didn't clearly convey his needs? Either could
have happened. Did Larry expect something from Ten Tec and they didn't
deliver, or was Larry supposed to provided Ten Tec with something and didn't
deliver? We don't know. Know one knows the dynamics of the conversation(s)
and if we all did everyone would have a different opinion.

No piece of equipment fits the needs of all, period! If it doesn't, move on!
Ten Tec has a reputation for being fair and responsive to all customers and I
don't see this incident as having changed the Ten Tec posture regarding
customer service.

Some people are more needy than others, period. That's the way it is!

I'll remain a Ten Tec customer because they continue to provide quality
products that are serviceable, reasonably priced and perform well for my
needs.

God Bless Ten Tec.

Jay/KM6VX
