I think a CW calling freq is a great idea.  However, if this is going to
be used to help stimulate more CW activity and perhaps draw more of the
newcomers into the art, we should all be very careful to not letting the
freq become a gathering place for the "good old boys" and the "high
speed ops".  I remember, all to well being intimidated by these things
when I was working on my CW.

Also, I suggest we try to do this in such a way that the freqs. are in
the old novice bands if possible.  I know this may not be the best of
things, but many of the people who are trying to get going seem to still
operate in these areas.
