[TenTec] Delta RIT problem

Hi all:
Just got a Delta to add to the collection of Ten Tecs.
The RIT seems very l-a-r-g-e, and I believe it is almost 10Khz.  Any =
mods that are around to minimize this to about +/- 1kHz?

Oh, I need a blanker if someone has one.  It is a 289 I think..
