[TenTec] Samlex America power supplies (caution against use as charging supply to battery)

As the Samlex tech note mentions, it is the issue of back powering a
switching power supply from a nearly charged battery, and the duty cycle
issue.  If you reduce the current to the charging function, it should be
possible to use the switcher with a protective Schottky diode in series as
Samlex notes, and you should be sure to provide plenty of cooling to the
Switching power supply.
