Just purchased a Delta which receives and transmits fine but the display
jumps around.
If I'm on 7140, the 7 will jump 5,6,7. The 1 will double to 2, the 4
will double to 8, etc. and it keeps doing that. I'm not using an external
VFO but the jumper is in place.
Any ideas, anybody?
