[TenTec] swap tuner & d-104 for T-T 288 filter

I have a very nice MFJ model 941B tuner (built in 300/30 watt swr and pwr 
meter, 2 coax line capability with bypass capability on both coaxes, long 
wire, bal. feed line, rated 300 watts, etc.) works great and looks really 
good. I also have a decent d-104 mic wired for ten tec four pin. Trade both 
of these for a ten tec 1.8 khz filter model 288 (for the Paragon I).
