[TenTec] Jupiter and 1.14

I put this is yesterday and when I go into Tune my power is between 17
and 23 watts depending on the band, but every third or fourth time the
tone goes higher and the power out goes up to max (90-110)?  Has anyone
seen this?  It is very repeatable.  Jerry
