[TenTec] Titan multi-meter

Does anyone know of a business that will open and attempt to fix an analog
panel meter movement?   One on my Titan amp is sluggish, but still works in
some fashion so I hate to go into it myself and maybe make matters worse.
Better yet, anyone have the Titan multi-meter in a parts Titan they will
