[TenTec] Omni V Audio

I had an audio howl in my Paragon, only when using the internal speaker.
The fault turned out to be a poor shield connection on one of the
shielded cables. I think that it was the cable plugged into socket 57 on
the IF/AF board. Look for a bad connection on the plug.
