The Heil microphone shown in picture is a special design for the
Orion by Heil. It was on sale at the hamfest for $99 to be delivered
in November+$29 for cable. This is a wide response microphone. The
Orion's transmit audio (as can the jupiter to some extent) can be
adjusted to sound and have the response of any of the heil eliments
along with wide audio. The microphone will be and is now $129.00 to
order. Those of you who missed the hamfest also missed the
Key,designed by vibraplex and built by them and tentec. they sold out
before I got mine but they are manufacturing more. they are $169 and
are REAL Nice if you are a CW person.
